For every space bought one is given away.
BuyGiveWork means that we give away space when space is bought. Rent from those buying goes to providing space for diversity, inclusiveness and innovation, and to supporting those who are too often priced-out of cities.

All tenants have the opportunity to work, learn and interact with the Give Hubs - each employee dedicates an hour of their time a month to supporting others in the building, often through skill sharing, attending an event or mentoring - activities which are coordinated by 3Space.

GIVE Space at Warren Street:

A range of free of charge spaces are spread across both buildings, including private offices or project spaces. We’re looking for local non profits from Camden or those with innovative project ideas that have the potential to help those who need it in in the surrounding neighbourhoods. We’ll provide free of charge space which includes everything except for the cleaning of the space.

Our workspace includes high speed wifi, utilities, access to shared kitchens and meeting rooms, and of course some inspiring neighbours! Access is completely free of charge for qualifying organisations. The building does not have a Reception service but someone from the team is on-site most days.

In order to qualify for our GIVE space you must meet the following criteria:

1) Non-profit organisation - we will ask to see proof of your non-profit status

2) Your work supports the local communities of Fitzrovia and/or Camden

3) You have Public Liability Insurance
